New life, new inspiration, same old me. Ive uploaded some slightly different stuff lately and am working on some new poetry in my usual spuratic, nonsensical manner.

Exciting News! I have been presented with the Lakas Schoalarship for Writing at Rockhurst University(some of the writing I submitted can be found on this site). Im so excited to get any recognition for what I consider a personal pet project of mine.

Anyway, whats up with you guys?

Well, Ive recently had a pretty messy(for me at least) break up. After a year and a half she breaks up with me without even calling....

Anyway, after dealing with this for a week or so, Im taking it as a new lease on life. Ive been writing and doing more of that stuff since the breakup and kinda hope it continues. Anyway my college search continues and Im finding friends I barely knew I had so life goes on.

Well Christmas break is almost over for me and its time to go back to my final semester of high school. Ah well, life always goes on. Anyway, I hope to finish blood on shattered glass soon and get some more poetry wrote up.

Alot has happened since my last update, Im looking forward to being an uncle AGAIN(my brother got married as well). My grandpa, a poet himself, moved in with us. Im working a new job with awesome people and I love being there.

And my girlfriend is awesome as always.

Anyway thats about all for me, whats up with you?

This seems like a recurring theme. Exams are right around the corner so I'm busy with that. Hopefully all my AP classes turn out well. Anyway alot has happened to me since last update obviously.
-My brother got married in Georgia (kinda far away but it was a really cool wedding on a beach)
-I'm planning to go on a mission trip to help out in Mexico at a place called the house of the angels.
-Had my worst travel experience ever with American Airlines, never flying with them again
-Life in general
-other things too

Hows it going?

So the school year is in full swing and I'm definately feeling it. 2 Advanced placement courses alongside my honors classes, not much time for writing. Not to mention my AP english teaching is attempting to tear my writing style apart to a more essay oriented one.
Anyway I love hearing from anyone around here and haven't forgot about all my promises for new content, I'm working on a long (at least for my stuff, its long) poem at the moment for deviance sake. How are y'all doing?
